And along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Odell Thomas, a brother, Ronnie Richards and a sister, Angela Richards. She was a loving mother and enjoyed visiting with her grandchildren and also enjoyed spending time with her twin sister. Ostine was born in Rockingham County to the late Henry and Margaret Bailey Richards and was a retiree of KDH Defense Systems. Ostine Richards Thomas, 69, passed away at Annie Penn Hospital on Thursday, September 7, 2023.
